Add beans with the grilled onion and some water in a food processor, and pulse till it become a paste. In a bowl mix Tahina El Rashidi El Mizan, salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice, vinegar, and water with the beans paste till well combined.
For the Tahina:
- 1 cup Tahina El Rashidi El Mizan
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper and cumin
